At 24/7 Close Protection Ltd we believe as part of our Advanced Security party to have a good rapport with all staff and especially any security team the premises may have. This could be a Hotel, Restaurant, or Airport etc, an early liaison with both management and Security manager to discuss the needs of our VIP, without disclosing more information than they need, but enough to ensure our Principles secure and pleasurable stay.

The Close Protection Operative will introduce him/herself to the senior management and senior housekeeper to discuss all our Principles requirements for their visit or stay. Our advanced Party will also choose several different places with similar needs and tastes in case of a security breach or the venue is not to highest standard of the Principle. This will then be relayed to the CPO who will be with our principle and he/she will be advised of the situation and taken to another suitable option.

With Hotel stays it will be a much more in-depth report as there are allot more considerations to be taken into account. This may even involve a 24hour watch on the hotel suite. All our Security Advanced Party Operative also make note and let the Close Protection team know of all possible risks, fire exits, fire equipment, lifts, evacuation procedures, what room number has been booked and secured, establish who/what is in adjacent rooms/below and above, where to park (if possible secure parking) and many more. Too much information can never be enough.
