Once we arrive at your premises during a mobile patrol we will inspect and check all doors, windows and other forms of entry into your premises are locked and secured from any possible attack or entry.

A note of all times and anything unusual will be noted down and passed on to the relevant and appointed personal of your choice. A check of the internal parts of the building will also be carried out should you request it. We will vary all times to your premises at all time and never the same routine, which would give the would be thief the knowledge of knowing when we will be there and when.

If we are called out to your premises upon alarm activation we will first establish if this is a false alarm

Or it is indeed any form of breach of your security. In the event of any false alarm, after a thorough investigation into why this has happened and when we are totally satisfied this is the case, an alarm engineer will be called out if necessary. We will then stay with your premises until they arrive and we are totally satisfied your premises are secured and safe will we then carry on with our other duties.

In the event of an attempted break in (or even a break in), we will secure all areas of the crime scene, call the police immediately and also inform our clients. We will then arrange (with our clients permission) any services that are necessary (glaziers to board up etc), we can also assign a security officer to stay and show a manned presence at your premises for the duration of the night (or until someone who you dedicate to take over from our security officer). Full reports will then be written by the security officer/s involved and given to our clients and if necessary a statement will be made to the police.

Most burglaries are made very quickly and are often made by the opportunist who spots an easy target and think they can make some easy cash. They realise if they stay there to long they will be caught, so a good security strategy will slow the burglars down and push them past their limits.
