FRAUDULENT ACCIDENT/INJURY CLAIMS

This can be a delicate subject. But if you think one of your employees is making allegations or false claims against your company, then you should not hesitate in contacting us. It would be hard to prove an employee was finding it hard to walk, carry things or even work in you workplace a couple of years later when it finally gets to a court hearing, that they ware finding it hard at the time to work. Without photo/video evidence to prove they were perfectly fine. Fortunately we know that it could not happen to us, unfortunately it does - all the time - and the time may be now. They could say they suffered because of this for a couple of months or even years. Imagine the cost of paying them their sick pay and having to hire someone temporary to cover for their absenteeism.

At 24/7 Close Protection Ltd we believe it to be best to catch these people, as soon as possible. To prevent any more of you company profits going into there pockets. We use covert surveillance with video evidence of these false claims. Which will then be passed onto yourselves for you to decide what course of action your company wishes to make. We will even under your instruction hand the evidence to the police and work with them in prosecuting the offender(s). We can even attend the court hearing and give evidence on our findings to the courts.

Unfortunately, every so often, there will be a genuine accident in the workplace, and the unfortunate claimant will get fair compensation for their suffering and disability, but those faking injuries or secretly continuing to work on the side can cost millions of pounds through lost work days, as well as the direct benefits of false and fraudulent claims.

The reasons for committing fraud are simple - greed - desperation - opportunity - and the limited likelihood of detection. All fraudsters are personally motivated and give no consideration to the damage caused to their employer, colleagues, customers, innocent victims or any other injured party.

This applies to all fraud but to return to fake work related injury claims - do you suspect that one of your colleagues is taking advantage of an alleged work-related injury?
