We can monitor all your staff sicknesses to identify who might possibly be making a fraudulent sickness claim on your company. Most of the fraudulent staff sicknesses happen in patterns and it can sometimes be easy for our teams to spot. For instance most of our fraudulent staff sicknesses happen on a Monday after the employee has been out drinking that weekend, some happen when they get refused for a day off and others happen when they want the day off because they cant be bothered to get up for work. Our surveillance team can monitor them at their home address (where they should be) and also follow them if they leave it and make their way out and monitor and record them in the activities they could be getting up to. We will keep you informed of any activities that may happen as they happen straight to you or a trusted member of your management by phone.
