Code of Ethics We at 24/7 Close Protection Ltd adhere to a strict code of ethics that is directed by the letter of the law of whichever country we may be operating in. Each assignment is scrutinised and a full risk assessment prior to any work being undertaken and we ensure that all agencies that may be involved in the planning and implementation of the assignment adopt our ethical approach. Members of the 24/7 Close Protection Ltd agree to abide by the following obligations and conditions.
To maintain a high standard of work and to act with the integrity and impartiality solely in the interests of the client.
To maintain the confidentiality of information specific to the business of the client.
To accept only those assignments, which we consider ourselves competent to carry out personally and/or with the assistance of others, who in our judgement are similarly competent and who comply with the requirements of this Code of Conduct.
To be polite and courteous at all times to our client and principle.
To disclose to the client any personal or financial interest, or any other significant circumstances which might involve a conflict of interest. Our principle and client must be kept informed at all time and not left in the dark.
To agree with the client in advance the objectives and scope of the assignment and the fees or fee basis and other terms and conditions.
To understand threat awareness, threat evaluation and threat avoidance.
In the event of subsequent changes to the original brief, to submit a revised proposal to the client for his acceptance.
To liase with all team members and to report all information that has been observed. As it happens
To attend a brief and de-brief and arrive for their duties on time.
To maintain effective communication with the client and to submit appropriate reports and documents.
To establish and maintain a safe working environment in which a principle can live and work whilst continually minimising the risk.
